Please do everything within your power to STOP THE FCC from implementing NEW Internet rules and regulations.
I reject this power grab, and any such attacks on my freedoms by the FCC, concerning my use of the Internet.
The Obama administration feels that they have the right to regulate what I can and cannot do, what I can and cannot say, and what I can and cannot read or publish on the Internet.
I totally disagree with these rules and regulations by the FCC that were approved by 3-2 vote on Tuesday, this week.
Please help to STOP this government intrusion!
Freedom and openness should continue to be the governing principles of the Internet. Already, three federal judges, in three different cases, have ruled that the Internet deserves the same First Amendment freedom of press as printed material.
I demand a Congressional Investigation into the Constitutionality of what the FCC and the UN are proposing for the Internet. Quite frankly, it is absolutely ILLEGAL!
I urge you in the strongest terms to invoke action under the provisions of the Congressional Review Act (CRA), which can overturn any federal agency rulemaking. It is important to use this mechanism for protection against filibuster.
AND, I want Congress to take action NOW to rescind the new FCC regulations!
Thank you for your time and consideration of my views, and your faithfulness to act responsibly on this and other congressional legislation.
Your attention and cooperation to this matter is appreciated. Please, ACT NOW!
Respectfully,
Robert William Butler Jr

P.S. While we are willing to operate by faith over experience for a while, we are not fools. We wish for a peaceful return to organic constitutional principles, wherein elected representatives honor their oaths of office and act in the best interests of their constituents, not political expediency or garnering votes to ensure re-election.
